DDP provides independent property services to the business, financial and legal communities. Considerable success in our municipal valuations department has led to the need to appoint a Professional Valuer with 3 years of municipal valuations experience in the Pretoria, Gauteng area.

Minimum requirements will include proof of registration in accordance with the Property Valuers Profession Act of 2000. In addition, and besides relevant work experience you will be able to work independently in accordance with deadlines whilst simultaneously meeting stringent service and quality objectives and standards.

The successful candidate will also be required to supervise work which in itself will require the ability to demonstrate the required supervisory skills, a thorough understanding of corporate governance and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Other competencies will include detail orientation, service orientation and a track record of having stayed abreast of current international trends in property valuations.
